Spring

Our assignment was to take pictures we thought represented spring at a journalistic point of view. I think I did a wonderful job of doing that.

Shutter: 1/320
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

Shutter: 1/250
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

Shutter: 1/125
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 18.9 mm
ISO: 100

Spring is on its way! The flowers are growing, lily pads are growing, and people are ready to go boating. The sun is shining so wonderfully, the ripples on the ponds are beautiful, and the sun on the flowers make them look like they are glowing. The warmth is wonderful it's just what everyone needed.

Colors

This picture is a great example of color the pinks and the two types of green really add to the picture.

Shutter: 1/15
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 200

I like in this picture how the green of the leaf is super bright and then the background is really pale blues, and browns.

Shutter: 1/40
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 200

This picture is really cool because even though everything is really dark the plant is still really sharp.

Shutter: 1/400
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

In this picture the grass stands out in a really dull background.

Shutter: 1/320
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

The blue and green are both really bright which I like because the colors contrast.

Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/7.8
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

I like in this picture how the first chain is super blurry but you can see the other leashes.

Shutter: 1/250
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

I didn't mean to focus on the twig but I think it turned out really good any way.

Land of Giants

Our assignment was to put a smaller picture of us in a normal size picture.

I think I did a great job on this picture. To get the lighting and angle the same I took the pictures both in the same spot which helped with the shadow because the lighting was the same in both pictures. It almost looks like my dog Trinity is looking at me but she isn't. I think I did good on the shadow and it looks like I am actually in the picture.

Detail

I like this picture because it shows the grass growing and the dead pine needles on the ground.

Shutter: 1/80
Aperture: f/7.8
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

I love this picture how the background is blurry but Bella's fur is in focus and it is almost an abstract picture.

Shutter: 1/200
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal Length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

I made this picture black and white except the eyes because there was so much unneeded color and the eyes were so bright that I chose to keep only those.

Shutter: 1/160
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal length: 6.3 mm
ISO: 100

ABC

In this assignment I learned it's really hard to find the alphabet in the world. All these pictures I didn't set up they just happened to be the way they were. I hope you like them!

I love some of these pictures more than others. My favorites are G, Q, and X. They were the hardest but they got me to be super creative. That's why I love them so much. F was hard to do and you may not understand it at first but it's there.
